4. Payment Terms

6. Warranties

We provide warranties as stated in your contract, which may include:

  • Manufacturer warranties on materials.
  • Workmanship warranties offered by Williams Roofing LLC

Warranties do not cover:

  • Damage caused by misuse, neglect, natural disasters, vandalism, or other unrelated causes.
  • Pre-existing issues not related to the work performed.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Williams Roofing LLC is not liable for:

  • Indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.
  • Damage caused by delays due to weather, supply chain disruptions, or unforeseen circumstances.
  • Pre-existing damage or conditions not related to our work.

Our total liability is limited to the amount paid by the customer for the specific service rendered.

8. Cancellation and Rescheduling

  • Customers may cancel or reschedule with reasonable notice as stated in the contract.
  • Cancellations after materials have been purchased or work has begun may be subject to cancellation fees to cover costs incurred.

9. Permits and Compliance

  • We will obtain required permits where applicable unless stated otherwise in the contract.
  • Customers are responsible for any HOA approvals or property restrictions.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Connecticut, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any legal disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in Fairfield County, Connecticut.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised “Effective Date.” Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
